Flashback 1989 - 1990 school year at OSU. My 2 roommates and I lived there and loved it. The other review mentioned getting locked out and we did too. We were on the third floor and I remember climbing the balconies to get to ours where luckily we left our sliding door open. However, while looking at the Google aerial photo, I noticed there is something missing....the pool!! I know it was there...SOMEONE PLEASE CONFIRM I'M NOT LOSING MY MIND.

Signed a year lease here, have had an ok experience. Reason why I gave 1 star is because our car has been broken into and bike tires stolen. Bathrooms have poor ventilation (just bad design) which leads to mold. Shortly after moving in I had to snake the bathtub and sink. Guess they didn’t think it was necessary to do for us prior to moving in. Haven’t had many issues after I took care of it. Cabinetry is definitely outdated. Looks like it was painted by a five year old. Price was great, and location is close enough to campus to walk every day. No dishwasher but the other appliances were decent. 1.75 to wash and 1.75 to dry so bring some quarters. Lead paint was used in the past (you get a detailed pamphlet about it which is nice). Baseboard heaters do the trick, not too bad there. In our particular apartment, the walls are thin and you can hear upstairs, next door, and upstairs/next door neighbors. That isn’t terrible as you can talk to your neighbors about it. The staff is kind at first. Overall, if you value safety and build quality, it might be a better idea to go elsewhere. Edit: we also got locked out some night in December (accidents happen) we called them. The hard way to learn they don’t offer lockout services. Called a locksmith and had them get us in two hours later.
