We are a 5 min. drive away from the legendary Palm Springs Street Fair and the heart of Palm Springs. The complex has mountain views, assigned/covered parking, laundry rooms, large pool area & poolside seating with plenty of sun. Application Process $45 credit check per applicant over 18 yrs. old Two forms of ID (driver's license, social security, passport) Proof of income equaling 2.5 times the rent monthly Deposit equals first month's rent (OAC) Residents pay water, trash, gas and sewage, renter's insurance required.
