The bedrooms are a perfect size for anyone and with the double paned windows, they let in an ambiance of light. If you would like to fill out an application or would like more information, call us at (252) 975-5166 or stop by 940 Runyon Rd, Washington NC 27889 and let one of our friendly office staff members help you out! Application fees are $30 per adult. Security deposit is a minimum of $500 and is based off of credit history. Once your application is approved, you can reserve the unit for up to 2 weeks for a $150 fee, that is credited to your account once you move-in. If you do not move in, the fee is non-refundable. Two pets are allowed per unit with a fee of $25 per month, per pet. There is also a $150 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $125 added to your deposit.
