Berkley has been great! Move in was super simple. The only cons are that the train is super loud and being so close to the pool the sound echos through the walls. Overall would recommend!!

I absolutely love Berkeley House!! One of my favorite parts about it is the community! Everyone in the office is incredibly sweet and helpful. They are always hosting fun events such a bouquet bar or a sonic tab. These events truly bring the residents together and are put in by the hardworking office. They are super quick to respond to any need whether it be putting packages in the Amazon Hub or answering any questions. Berkeley House truly looks out for it's residents. During football season, Marshall from the office moved his truck so my parents could park somewhere while I ran upstairs and changed. I am so grateful to have incredible office staff in the apartments. Additionally, the maintenance guy is always so fast to get things done. If we put in a work order he has it done before the end of the day! He always holds the door or wishes us a good rest of the day. Due to the warm and kind atmosphere at Berkeley House, I have always felt comfortable to ask questions. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a place to call home!!
