I have lived at the 510 Apartments for 4 years, and I have had the best experience I could have imagined. I am so happy to have found a place where I feel safe, and where I know that the landlord is not going to take advantage of me. Paul is kind and a very honest guy that you can trust. The apartments are very nice, with a great layout that includes a sort of nook that I use as office space. The heat does not leak in the winter, so that you can feel super warm even when it's below 0 outside. Super close to campus (5 min walk). Free wifi. Covered parking. And very cheap for the area.
