The living room is off of kitchen with open concept, you walk down hallway to full bathroom with double sink and 3 equally sized bedrooms with vanities. Across from full bathroom is another half bathroom with toilet only. Tenants pay all utilities (electric and water/sewer/trash). One pet may be considered upon pet screening, refundable pet deposit of $500, and monthly pet fee of $30. More Helpful Information: **Unique Layout - Each bedroom has a vanity with sink to help with getting ready. Although there is only 1 shower/tub having a vanity sink each in bedroom helps with time and space in bathroom. As the vanity provides mirror and limits the time tenants need in bathroom area to "get ready". **Central Air Conditioning. PARKING - Available for purchase on separate parking lease. Cost is $450 per semester or $900 for the entire year.
