I've lived here for less than a year but was here before new management took over and I can gladly say that the new management as been GREAT! Maintenance is so quick to get to any issues you have and respectful. They have had fun new games that make living here even more enjoyable like the FREE photo op, occasional food offers and the trivia. They also have a trash pickup service (not free) that's super convenient. Every time I call or stop by the office Jamie and Reagan are super nice and friendly. The apartments are nice, I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, the main bedroom is big enough for a queen bed, dressers, and a work desk without feeling claustrophobic. The bathrooms are smaller than I would personally like, but has a closet for extra storage space. I hate the shape of the kitchen sink and there's not a sprayer (my personal preference) and my hot water heater is not the best; I cant take a shower if the washer or dishwasher is running and its iffy if I'll get a long hot shower or not. There are restaurants/groceries nearby so its pretty centrally located. There's never too much noise and neighbors are generally quiet and the environment feels safe. Overall, the price you pay for rent and all the great amenities this place is 5/5.

I lived here for a little over a year before moving out of state. It was quiet, the apartments are spacious and updated, and it is just an overall nice place to live. Any time I put in a maintenance request, it was fixed within 24-48 hours depending on the request but there was always communication as to when it would be completed. The property management team does a lot to keep it looking nice and ensure the community has access to the amenities. They also arrange food trucks at least once a week and there’s community gatherings once a month. Overall it’s a great little community and I’d definitely move here again.
