Tucked away on a side street, apartment 1 has a ground floor entrance with a single staircase leading the way upstairs to the second floor front door. Downstairs, the front porch offers an outside spot for plants and more, and upstairs you will find a private second-story balcony with even more room for some fresh air. The kitchen has great cabinet storage, an electric oven, and refrigerator. Off of the kitchen is a laundry-room with washer/dryer hookups available and ready for use for those wishing to bring their own machines! Bathroom has vanity storage and a classic clawfoot tub and shower. Off-street parking available for one-vehicle in a maintained lot across the street. Pet-friendly! Up to 2 pets allowed with approval. Cats and dogs are welcome, and small caged animals may be considered. Vet records and references required. Refundable pet deposit is $250 for one pet or $500 for multiple, plus $25/month per pet. Dogs must be met prior to approval. Rental Criteria: Income*: We require a minimum gross household income of 2.5x the rent amount. If working with a voucher program, we require a gross household income of 2.5x your portion of the rent. Credit score*: Credit score of at least 600 from one of the applicants Formal Rental History*: at least 1 year Clear background check Lease Length: All of our rentals are a 1 year lease term unless stated otherwise *Should you not meet this criteria, you may be asked to get a cosigner.
