I have lived here in a studio apartment for 2 years, and I’ve really liked my stay! I’m only moving due to the cost of rent here. The distance to campus is unbeatable, and I’ve never had a problem with the management. The staff puts on a lot of fun events and is very active on social media. The maintenance staff is really kind and helpful, and they reply very quickly. The appliances in my apartment are top quality and nothing was damaged when I moved in, besides some paint markings and floor scratches. My only complaints would be that the apartment gets really loud and rowdy, I’d assume from being by Northgate. The parking garage gates are also broken more often than not, and there’s barely any trashcans (on the first floor especially). Other than that, I’ve loved my stay!
