Zoned Schools - Rabbit Creek Elementary (PK–6, ~0.6 mi) - Goldenview Middle School (Grades 7–8, ~3 mi) - South Anchorage High School (Grades 9–12, ~1.5 mi) Monthly Rent: $1695 + Gas and Electric Security Deposit: $1695 Water & Trash are included in the rent *This is a no-smoking building.
