Parking in the back lot with parking pass required ensuring you always have a spot to park when arriving home. This is a smoke free property. Tenant(s) will be placed on RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System) for Water and Gas and will make payments to the Management company via the online tenant portal. Electric is paid directly through WPS. Lawn care / Snow Removal are covered by Management. Tenant(s) are responsible for removing snow from around personal items. Dogs will be considered with additional fees. Security deposit of $745.00 and first month's rent of $745.00 will be due at time of move in. The $25.00 Application Fee is Nonrefundable. One year lease is required.
