We are considered a low-income apartment community, and residents have income limits based on household size. Household maximum income limits and all full-time student household limitations apply. Application fee: $49/adult. Each adult 18+ is required to apply separately. Security deposit will be 1-2x a month’s rent. Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
