About Country Oaks Apartments
Conveniently located near schools, parks downtown SLC, and the 1-15 600 North exit. Schools: Rose Park Elementary, Bryant Middle School, West High School. We are considered a low-income apartment community, and residents have income limits based on household size. Household maximum income limits and all full-time student household limitations apply. Application fee: $49/adult. Each adult 18+ is required to apply separately. Security deposit will be 1-2x a month’s rent. Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed. No smoking Utilities: Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Landlord pays for water, sewer, trash removal No additional fees.
