The management and maintenance staff has made living here at Advenir a fantastic experience since day one. A special shout out to April, who helped me every step of the way and who really made my experience here stand out from any other community I’ve lived in before. Her amazing attitude and thoroughness in making sure her residents are best set up for success in the neighborhood talks for itself. The awesome staff in the office has been helpful and accommodating in every way possible, from move-in day to the day I moved out. Everything from paying rent to maintenance requests are a breeze through the resident portal app, one of my favourite features of being a resident here. The amenities are also top of the line. The pool and hot tub are very clean and well kept, as well as the gym located just by the pool area, which I’ll be honest, I probably should have used more often. I’ve personally recommended dozens of friends and family members to this community because of the amazing service and competitive rates, especially for younger people such as myself. All in all, I am sad to be leaving this neighborhood but am grateful I was able to meet these kind people and live in such a great place.

I have lived here for over five years. The maintenance staff and the office staff are amazing! Juan and Charvin, among others, are always quick to fix any maintenance issues. They know what they are doing, and they are very friendly and respectful. They remember me, I am not just a number. Brianna and April, among others, are really great office staff. They are super helpful and accommodating. And it is a pretty good feeling when you walk in and talk to one of them, and they don’t even need to look up your apartment number or ask your name. Just like any apartment complex there are good neighbors and bad neighbors, but overall I have had a great experience living here.
