(RLNE117255) This is a one bedroom apartment in Toms River. Very nice location. Near the shopping centers, ocean county mall, minutes to the beach! We still have couple of months left on our lease and only way for us to get off the lease is if someone new moves into our unit. THIS IS NOT A SUBLET, you have to go through the regular procedure with the office to move in. but if you move into our unit, we are willing to offer $500 check to help you move in. and I'm almost positive that the community itself always has moving specials as well. We love living here but unfortunately due to some personal circumstances, we have to move back to the other state where our other family members are at. Moving date will be pretty flexible, we can work with you on that.
