We moved in July 2022 and absolutely love it here!! The doors are secured-no key no entry. Plenty of cameras for added safety. The remodeling that has taken place since we have moved in is phenomenal!! The building seems to have come to life! Hallways have been repainted, all the apartments have been remodeled, etc. The state and national flag outside has really perked it up!! And the upcoming renovations to the auditorium is exciting!! The new owners added a laundry room in basement which is extremely helpful! The tenants get along and it is like a family atmosphere! People here are friendly. Thankful to the new owners for investing and improving this beautiful and historic building!!
