So grateful we found and chose Parkside to live in for two years while I’m here for grad school. The building is quiet, the amenities are nice, the maintenance staff and the office staff are the best, and we love the view of Amistad Park. We’ve hardly needed anything maintained for the apartment since everything is new, but the couple of times we did need something, the maintenance staff addressed it right away. This is also a quiet part of downtown which is super nice at night - I know others who live in busier downtown areas and have trouble sleeping b/c of the motorcycles, people coming out of bars, etc. The gym is great and so are the offices/study rooms in the lobby. My favorite is the roof. People use the amenities but I’ve never had a hard time finding a spot. Highly recommend Parkside!

I am writing primarily about my experience with the move in process at parkside at city crossing. I primarily worked with Stacy who is very responsive and helpful. I received a tour of the facilities and the move in process was easy and painless! Any time I had a question, I texted Stacy who answered right away and was very friendly! I have also enjoyed the amenities (gym, rooftop, conference rooms), as well as the location which is very close to the Yale Medical School.
