The residents seem to be a mix of undergraduate students, graduate students, and young professionals. Some highlights of the units include: - Across the street from Anderson Park Close to Target, HEB (nice grocery store), Blockbuster, Starbucks, and other Shopping located at Texas Ave. & Holleman. - Less than 1 mile from Texas A&M University campus with a simple bike path directly into campus. - Less than 1 block from Texas A&M University Shuttle Bus pickup/drop off. - Laundry service next door to units. - We pay water. - We include wireless Internet access at no cost. - Large bedrooms and closets so more space for your money. - Parking is conveniently close to your door, and abundant. - No low lying water-logged sidewalks to walk through when we get showers. Campus & shopping is close which saves time & driving. -Includes Hard-Wire Internet and Cable TV We only accept annual leases for the fall semester.
