I lived here in '94-95, those ancient times of my Freshman year when I knew no better. Looking at it, it hasn't improved much. New paint, replaced white carpets with tile, and new appliances. But, these cinderblock walls transmit sound so much better than you would ever thing, and ceiling does too. I wonder if the lower level apartments still occasionally flood during especially hard rains. The only pro this place ever had was that it's very close to campus.

New management came in, and it seems like it's worse. You'll pay for monthly pest control, yet I haven't seen pest control for months. The laundry facility is in absolute dissaray, and the machines hardly work, if at all. But, hey, at least they painted it, I guess.
