(RLNE49377) We are now accepting applications for our waiting list. You will need to qualify to be put on our waiting list and it can take several weeks. Our one bedroom apartments are at Chinook Villa. We are an Independent Living Apartment Building: Individuals must be 62 years or older. A person with a verifiable disability can also apply regardless of age. Rent is based on income and is subsidized by Section 42/Rural Development. We are located directly across the street from the Wasilla Senior Center located on the Senior Campus. We are an equal housing opportunity provider.
