Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms, and a spacious fenced off backyard for great summer fun! The duplex is 4 Bed, 2 Bathrooms, and has about 1800 sqft in living space between both floors. Washer and Dryer included in every unit. There is a 1 car garage is available along with street parking and 1 more parking spot per unit on the driveway near the garage. Gas and electric bills are to be paid by the tenants. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage. Small pets are allowed, with a 250$ non refundable pet deposit, as well as 50$ more per month per pet as pet rent. $50 application fee, and $150 tenant initiation fee due upon contract signing. 1 year lease minimum.
