My fiance and I just moved in and have been very impressed with the apartments and the staff! We toured with originally with Pea and ended were helped along the way with many others (Melissa, Amon, and Kenya). Everyone is very friendly and actually cares about the resident's. We made our first maintenance request and had it completed very promptly. Dave was very efficient and professional. He made me very confident in the maintenance staff. We are very grateful that we have found this gem in New Haven and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking!
Former resident here. I really loved living here and felt like I immediately had a community. You quickly learn the names of everyone who works here and, if you have a pet, the names of everyone’s furry friends. The building seems to be expanding in services and opportunities, which is always great for residents. I’ll say, though, that when I lived here, the contract with Laz Parking and infrastructure of the garage needs improvement because it’s just too easy for nonresidents to enter into that building space. Now that I’m paying NY prices again, I definitely wish I could still be laying poolside at the Audubon.
This is a very beautiful and well maintained building! The property management is superior. Would highly recommended if you are looking for a luxury apartment in New Haven.

My partner and I recently moved into the Audubon and our whole experience with the team has been wonderful. The leasing and management team is very kind, helpful, and responsive. Special shout out to Imaan who was so accommodating of us from touring the apartment to moving in.
We absolutely love it here. The units are large, bright, and modern with hardwood floors and huge windows. The amenities are fantastic with a pool, gym, screening room, a roof and massive study spaces. The management team are always so kind and helpful and know everyone by name even though it’s a pretty big complex. And best of all, so dog friendly!!! There is a great dog run and they’ve even put on events that are very dog friendly.

Nice place to live in as the building is quite new with great amenities (gym, swimming pool, study room etc). Very friendly and efficient agents ---- we signed the lease the same day on the office visit.
The parking is convenient, and the building is well managed (they even collect trashes in weekdays). I highly recommend Audubon if you want to find a good apartment in New Haven!
The unique community, amenities and location of the Audubon, make it hands down the best luxury living experience New Haven has to offer.
The staff keeps the Audubon a clean, functional and positive place to live in. Thanks Cecilia, Fabian and Sandra for disinfecting the gym, pool and other community spaces, especially during the pandemic. Thank you Abraham, Luis and David for fixing maintenance requests at lighting speed. The water temperature in my apartment is perfect now! Special thanks to the front desk team, Pea, Melissa, Kenya and Jamie, for always making me feel like a part of the community and not just another tenant. I appreciate that you know my name and the occasional conversation.
Another bonus is the location. The complex is situated on the fringe of East Rock, a hip hood with delis and coffee shops, and the Downtown area, a historic campus with a diverse selection of shops and restaurants. Basically everything is within walking distance and it’s right next to the highway.

My husband and I have lived here since mid-July and we absolutely love it! The amenities are excellent. Between the pool, roof deck, gym, golf simulator, and resident events, it is easy to feel like you are living at a resort. The leasing and maintenance staff are very helpful and attentive. Although we have only lived here for a few months, it definitely feels like home.
