This is the worst place I've ever lived in my entire life (& I currently live in the green). Beal doesn't give a gosh darn about anything or anyone. There are rats and bedbugs in all units, you will find used needles in the hallways, cigarette smoke is everywhere and winters are a nightmare because they control the heat. This place should be condemned.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Beal properties manages this property and my overall experience with them has been absolutely awful. As far as living in this building goes, the walls are paper thin, the back doors and windows on the first floor are NOT secure, there are no security cameras, and anything you get delivered here is almost guaranteed to get stolen unless you are waiting at the from when it is delivered. Half the building smells like cigarettes, people are constantly breaking in, and many apartments have rooms that don't even have ceiling lights. You also cannot get fiber internet in this building. When I first moved in in 2020, my apartment had bedbugs, and Beal tried to blame it on me even though the building had issues with bedbugs far before I moved in. I've had to spray my apartment down at least once a month to prevent the bedbugs from coming back into my apartment. I haven't seen any in a long time but I'm sure there are still some around the building. (Check your lease carefully because Beal will pin pest control costs on you). This building is also super old and has A LOT of issues. If you choose to live here, be prepared to submit a ton of maintenance requests and deal with a ton of water damage. The ONLY good thing about this building is it's location. But all-in-all, the apartments are overpriced, the building is not secure, and bugs and rodents are almost a guarantee. I don't recommend living here at all. Save yourself the stress and rent elsewhere.
