About Midtown Gardens
One- & Two-bedroom apartments with a 7 One-bedroom shared housing located in downtown area close to Ray's Stadium. This unit will have a total of 7 occupants' living in home. Tenants cannot have any additional roommates living or staying in this shared housing. Owner pays for Electric, water, sewage, trash and lawn care and Wi-Fi only on unit 7 units all standard apartments include water, sewage and trash only.
