Great apartments for what they are and great help when its needed! Recently had to have my in unit washing machine replaced and the maintenance guy Gage has been so helpful every step of the way!

The staff here have been so friendly and helpful. Jordan and Gage are always on top of any maintenance requests/issues, and Chelsea is quick to respond to any concerns or questions that I might have. My dog is always so excited to see them lol. Thanks for everything you guys do!

This property was exceptional - one of those life experiences you are glad you've had with apartments. It is surrounded by so much to do! It’s in a great spot of meridian, it has downtown not even 2 min away and you have countless fast food joints outside your doorstep! We loved having Winco Foods and Walmart so close! And we stayed in the 1 bed/1bath 925sqft, it’s freakin huge with space!! Biggest 1b/1b apartment by far we’ve ever been in . We were also surprised by the number of amenities to do and all suitable for little kids too. The property manager Chelsea and C.V. was so cool with us and got us right into our apartment and always was there when we needed! The area itself is incredibly beautiful and we loved the Complex! Some PROS and CONS: The PROS we experienced -PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: So Pennwood has the app you can pay your bills on and you can put in work orders and that was all super great and easy! When we had concerns or questions about bills or notices about things Chelsea was super cool about everything or when our towel hook broke down or our water heater went out! The property guys Jordan and Gage got all of our work orders in so fast and it was freakin amazing having them be on top of all that!! They were massive help! Did and do their jobs great! And they have a company take care of the landscaping of the complex and it’s very nice having that all kept up on! The complex does some super cool gatherings too or get events set up so everyone in the complex can meet each other! Cool stuff! - LOCATION: Badass spot in meridian! We didn’t want to leave! But we work in garden city/Eagle area and it’s a drive and gets kinda annoying over time and we were looking for something closer to work but anyways we loved the Location and how we can get in the freeway so fast and we’re like 15 min to Nampa or Boise! And then all the businesses we have right in our hands as soon as you get out of the parking lot is super nice!! Great spot! -AMENITIES: AMAZING POOL! Came in so clutch with summer activities and the hot weather!! Basketball Court! Super dope! Playground for the kids! A super cool courtyard with private fire pit areas and a big grill area and a cool GYM! Just has it all! We loved this place! The somewhat CONS we experienced was: - MANDATORY INTERNET PROVIDER : This was kinda a headache but honestly wasn’t bad, for some people I get why this would be very annoying! - INSULATION/THIN WALLS: CMON Everyone it’s APARTMENTS! You hear neighbors sometimes but that’s what you get in apartment living! Get a home if that’s your worry! I totally understand the frustration with hearing noisy neighbors but part of the lifestyle until you get your own home and property! Builders can only do so much and according to budgets aswell! Keep all that in mind! - PARKING:I Personally thought the parking was solid. My wife and I at first didn’t have our covered parking spots super near our apartment but it was cool and then we noticed some couple was moving so their covered spots right in front of our exact apartment became available so we jumped right to them and got in contact with the lady C.V. In one of the front desks and she helped us get better spots because we came to her asking to change spots so it worked out great! And the open parking does get full sometimes which kinda is a hassle but again it’s APARTMENT LIVING so these are common issues but understandable Overall this was a very memorable experience and downtown Meridian at its best. Ps : those 1 star reviews seem like tenants personal problems and not being able to get the points across and get sh*t done on their end! Because when we needed help or had concerns management was there! So THANK YOU TO CHELSEA, C.V., JORDAN,GAGE and the Pennwood team! Yall gave us a great experience and sorry for such a long review but it was a pleasure thank you! Chelsea and C.V. Were great!! They helped us get situated! They are so nice and respectful! So far great experience
