Going on year three of living here. The area is amazing, everything is in walking distance. The apartments are nice and modern, and mostly quiet. I love that rent and maintenance requests are all online. Building is kept up and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Amazing location within walking distance of bars, grocery stores, gyms, lakefront and downtown. The apartments are nice and new and if you ever have a problem in your space, maintenance is over to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. The resident staff is very friendly and easy to get a hold of if you ever have any questions about your lease, payments, etc. Rented a unit for 18 months and never had a problem. I would definitely recommend living here.
