Bus stops are conveniently located on Lincoln Way, one block from the property. The building features secured front and back entryways to the building. Units feature lots of natural light in the living room space, which leads directly to the kitchen that includes a fridge and gas range. Past the full bath are two oversized bedroom spaces next to the back door. The back door leads down to the parking lot behind the building, and the coin-operated laundry room is available in the basement. Residents are only responsible for electricity and internet at this location. This property is pet friendly for cats only, for $50 a month. No pet deposit is required. Other caged pets are not charged. (ESA and Service animals are welcome with proper documentation)
