We have invested in extensive updates across every unit: - Interior Paint: Modern gray and blue theme covering all walls, ceilings, trim, and doors. - Bathroom: Fully remodeled with luxury vinyl flooring, a new 48” vanity, Moen fixtures, a curved shower rod, and a new toilet. - Kitchen: New luxury vinyl flooring, faux marble countertops, double bowl sinks, dishwashers, and mounted microwaves to maximize counter space. - Bedrooms & Storage: New vinyl blinds, LED lighting, and double shelving units in closets. The hallways also include a walk-in closet with ample shelving. - Systems & Hardware: All new LED fixtures, satin nickel hardware, plumbing shut-off valves, and updated electrical outlets and switches. Safety features include 10-year lithium-ion smoke detectors and hardwired CO2 detectors. Common Areas & Exterior: Remodeling is currently underway in the common areas, including new flooring, fresh paint, and an updated mail center. This spring, we will begin exterior enhancements such as power washing, new landscaping, solar lighting for the covered carports, and the addition of pet and child-friendly areas with grills.
