Very affordable, well built/maintained, and quiet for those not involved in University life. Refreshing personal feel in a town full of corporate owned buildings. Management is very friendly and easy to work with.

Re-signing for my third year. Nothing but good things. I looked at maybe 3-4 other apartments before Hadley Bend and nothing even was close to them. They're beautiful luxury apartments, lots of space (I move my furniture around often for a new look), always shoveling snow or putting rock salt down in the winter months, grass is cut in a timely matter for my little furbaby to go potty in the warmer months. Landlords always answer me within 24 hours and have came in the middle of the night when something went wrong. Definitely recommend.
