The lower floor units all feature out door patio areas and all units feature direct exterior entrances. Water and hot water are included in the rent. I really enjoy this apartment complex. it's always well kept and maintained..nice people around the area as well..love that are children playing during the day for the other children to interact with. no complaints just compliments....keep up the good work.
