This is my third year living at the Villages at Town Creek and I love it! You really cant beat the value. Not only are these town homes upscale (granite counter tops, newer appliances, real hardwood floors, etc.) They also include ALL utilities in the rent with individual leases. Therefore, you can live comfortably knowing that everything is split evenly and fairly between all roommates!

This is my first year living here but I already love it and wouldn't want to move anywhere else. The management is very friendly and helpful and always responds to my questions or concerns in a timely manner. The town homes are lovely and very spacious. My favorite part of mine is definitely the kitchen, as it comes with all appliances. I also like how everyone gets their own bathroom with a shower. Overall great experience.
