The fee is $50 for out of state reports. We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent. Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time.
