I have lived here since last December. The staff has always been friendly, anything I requested they met my needs and beyond. And when my little dog got out Management took care of her until they found me. I have owned a house for the last 19 years and love living in an apartment . Yes you have to get used to the people upstairs , I like that management has the same values as I do, to keep the place clean and keep people from destroying the beautiful property. I have lived at many properties in this area and Cold Water Creek is one of the best properties around! The leasing staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and the maintenance are quick to fix any issues you have. The property is beautiful and the landscaping gives off a paradise vibe! I love this property and I'm so glad to call this place home. 10 out of 10 stars!!!!! Best of the Best!
