It's an apartment complex. Neighbors are mostly sweet, lots of kids so it pretty safe, but housing has the most inconsistent hours and the apartments get the landlord special. The *wood" in our apartment was peeling off when we moved in, but we keep it clean so it's alright. Thankfully haven't had any bug problems.
