I was a little concerned staying in this apartment at first due to the reviews. However, there has been management changes and the new staff is amazing! They are over the top helpful, and always greet you with a smile upon walking into their office. Any questions or concerns are always handled in a timely manner. Maintenance is fast to fix any issues I’ve had with the apartment. There is an on site laundry room, as well as a gym which I love! The neighbors can be a little rowdy sometimes, but the office will take care of it if I call them. They have a security officer on duty 24 hours, so I can rest assured that I’m safe and can always give them a call if I have any concerns. I love staying here, and will definitely be renewing my lease! :)

My time at Avendale Pointe Apartments has been pleasant so far. The complex is extremely quiet with the exception of the occasional BOOMS from Fort Sill lol. Other than that it is a very peaceful place to live, it is kept clean and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues you may have. Most importantly the Staff is very kind, respectful and helpful. No complaints!
