Great Manager I just moved here and needed a place ASAP and Liz and Terry have been such a blessing they worked with me Since day 1 I wasn’t sure how everything would work out I don’t have the best credit .. The manager worked with me and there so many new changes being done , Terry and Liz are so caring and thoughtful.. They have a very big blessing to me and my family .. When I just moved in Terry came to check on me that the move went well , there were a couple things that needed to be done and it was done so quick .. The very same day .. It’s a nice place for my family we love it here and feel good here .. It’s vary spacious lots of closet space everything is nice and cleaned up ..We will be getting new windows soon and can’t wait to see all the upgrades ..I know I just moved here but my family and I are very happy .. It’s nice to have managers who you feel comfortable to go to .. Thanks you guys for everything and continue to make the apartment complex even better.. Thank you , AC

Overall, I really enjoy living here. I moved in about a month ago with my partner and so far, I really don't have any complaints. Our unit is newly renovated. Before we moved in, we did a final walk through and pointed out a few things that we would appreciate ring fixed prior to our move in. Those things were: 1. The bathroom mirror medicine cabinet had a fairly noticeable discoloration mark or scratch. The mirror was completely replaced. 2. The main bathroom mirror has a small discoloration circle. This was not replaced due to the circle being smaller than a penny but is very noticeable. 3. The caulking around the bathroom sink was poorly done. This was fixed. 4. The flooring in the kitchen was slightly coming up (two tiles). These were fixed. After moving in, we had noticed small details while unpacking like a broken blind, the coaxial outlet in the master bedroom wasn't working (saved us money from spectrum), the toilet paper holder was loose, and a very minor roach problem. The broken blind was replaced asap and the coaxial outlet was rewired for us to use which was awesome thanks to Miguel!! The toilet paper holder was fixed as well. Now for the roach problem, we had noticed very few tiny roaches in the kitchen area. We are unsure if it is a problem within the walls or if it was because we leave the balcony door open from time to time since our cats like to sunbathe outside and it is that time of the year where roaches are more active. Since they fumigated and left small sticky traps about a week ago, we haven't seen anything. Not even on the sticky traps! Oh also the inside of all the cabinets are stained I'm assuming from being old. I've tried cleaning them but it's not coming up. That's something I'm not too worried about but made sure to let them know it was like that when we moved in (kitchen, and bathroom). Like I mentioned before, overall my partner and I really enjoy living here. It's a fairly quiet complex and extremely clean! They're cleaning everyday which is awesome. I have not had any issues with utilizing the laundry facilities either. I feel very safe in this area but just avoid the corner store in the evening time ‍ also parking has not been an issue for us. There is plenty of visitor parking which I feel is rare to find! The only thing I say they would need to add or fix are convex mirrors in the alley way. I honestly cannot see if any cars or people are coming around the corner which I feel is dangerous. I fear a child or animal will run around the corner and get hit or there will be an accident. I'd suggest putting them up at all four entry/exit points.
