My husband and I lived in Encina Meadows for one year and we loved every moment of being here. We are moving when our lease expires ONLY to be closer for my job. We moved to the area from Seattle and the whole staff was helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra step during our application process even though we were 2 states away. While we lived there, everything worked great. If there was a maintenance request, they were there the same day or the next day. We rarely ever hear noise from our neighbors. The pool, clubhouse and gym are clean, easy to access and convenient. The parking is well lit and clean. I've walked the parking lot at night with headphones in and never felt in danger. The apartments are just that, apartments. So there may be spots on the carpets or on the walls because well, it's been lived in, but it does not feel dirty or unkempt. I'd highly recommend Encina Meadows to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to call home. People smile and say hello when you pass them on walkways. We're very sad to leave the apartment, Nadra (the manager) and her whole team. It's been a fantastic experience!

Amazing. Even though I work here, I am not being biased in saying I was impressed with how this issue was handled. Everything happened as quickly as possible and the quality of service was professional and considerate. Felicia is amazing and handling her new role in great stride! Many praises!!
