You will enjoy the generous room sizes and easy living in this historic yet contemporary apartment. Additional features include an individually controlled heating/cooling system. Up to two reserved, off-street parking spots available ($200 additional monthly per spot). Laundry facilities are located in the lower level of the house. Easy access is possible with the downstairs apartment with agreement among both parties. This apartment is accessed via a secured entry door with an intercom system. Features: Hardwood Floors Dishwasher Microwave Disposal Range Refrigerator Air Conditioning Fireplace A monthly utility fee of $230 will be charged for internet, water, trash collection and the electricity for the laundry room only. Resident responsible for all other utilities. All square footage and room measurements are approximate All apartments are leased by the full apartment and are not leased as individual bedrooms. A nonrefundable restoration fee will be due on the lease start date.
