Great community! Jessica and Clarice had worked extremely hard to improve and I mean really improve this property. The prices, amenities, and the snacks are awesome. I was not going to renew my lease but it is such an approvement I decided to stay!

Lakeside Villa is an absolute treasure! Under new management, it has transformed into the epitome of a perfect home. The layout is not only convenient but also ingeniously designed to make the most out of every inch. One of my favorite features is the personal balcony connected to the living room, offering a breathtaking view of the serene lake where I get to greet the ducks every morning – it's like having a piece of nature right at my doorstep. Moreover, the amenities here are a dream come true. The gym and pool area are meticulously maintained, providing a perfect space to unwind or stay fit whenever I want. The free car wash area is an added bonus, making car maintenance a breeze. The office staff, especially Miss Clarice, are incredibly welcoming and professional. Clarice went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we asked for, making the moving process seamless and stress-free. Location-wise, Lakeside Villa is unbeatable. A school right across the street and a shopping center within walking distance mean convenience at its finest. From restaurants to clothing stores, everything I need is just a stone's throw away. And the cherry on top? Lakeside Villa offers fantastic discounts on the first month's rent, making it not just a great place to live but also a smart financial choice. After exploring numerous options, Lakeside Villa stood out not only for its charm but also for its affordability. It's not just a place to live; it's a place to thrive and truly call home.
