Just moved to the complex, I really like it hear. I do have to LoL at some of the bad reviews about the new MGMT. About roaches since Brookfall took over....😆 Baby you had roaches before they came! The crew being ignorant and racist?!? They have people if all colors creeds and orientations working here! What is wrong with folks? I find the rent to be reasonable, the maintenance is quick and friendly, office staff have been pleasant and it appears to be clean. Check out the property for yourself, ask around, you won't be disappointed. I feel like some of the reviews are extremely skewed and vengeful as they are upset at rent increases. As for me, I like it here!
