Wish the floors had more insulation- can easily hear upstairs neighbors and footsteps. Property lawn mowing is done regularly but other upkeep such as weeds, plants, feces removal is not done regularly. Water can leak under exterior doors and into apartments. UPS/FedEx consistently have trouble getting packages into the building so they have to be picked up at a different location. Otherwise, apartments are nice. Appliances have held up, washer and dryer are stackable full size HE.
