I have lived here for the last 2 years and it's a great place to live. The apartments are clean, never had any bug issues, management and maintenance here is very quick to respond to any problems. I would recommend these apartments to anyone as they are probably one of these nicest apartments complexes in Midland!

The ashtray in front of the building is overflowing and has been for over a month. There are bats in the laundry room. Our kitchen sink is leaking in two different places, ruining the counters. The upstairs neighbor had something leaking that seems to have made it into our bathroom. Maintenance is aware of all these issues and have made it clear they do not plan on assisting with them. Also, nobody can ever find the office manager during office hours. It is as if she only comes in when she feels like it. I would understand if she was at the complex assisting renters, but her car will be gone from the premises. We have even seen her shopping in public during the hours she should be at the office. I am astounded by how Heritage Arms is being run. We have a five year old child, and we are beginning to have concerns for his well being.
