There is covered assigned parking outside to protect your car during all seasons. Water, sewer, and garbage utilities are included. The property is only a quick minute away from several downtown shops and restaurants, as well as the hospital, a bowling alley, and the YMCA. It is a couple blocks away from a bus stop in either direction. It takes 3 minutes to access Hwy 12, which opens up plenty of local recreational and job opportunities, and Pioneer Park with its aviary and wide open green space is also just 3 minutes away. Students are welcome to become part of this quiet and respectful community. Whitman College is a quick 2 minute drive, but it's also within driving distance of Walla Walla Community College (6-7min) and Walla Walla University (8-9min).
