It consists of a main building with 20 one-bedroom apartments and 10 side-by-side duplexes, each with 2 bedrooms. The main building apartments have private balconies and storage lockers, two-car parking, covered walkways and a coin-op laundry room. The duplexes have a private front porch, washer/dryer and two-car parking. Tenant pays electric and all other utilities are included. An on-site manager and maintenance crew provide proactive administrative support, building and grounds maintenance. Two pets on approval with a $250.00 deposit each (30 pounds and under for 1 BDRs and 55 pounds and under for duplexes). We offer lease rates for one year, 6 months to 1 year and 3 months to 6 months. Housing vouchers accepted. Military and senior discounts available. Please do not disturb current tenants with questions. Call 907-373-3060 for information and to schedule a viewing.
