Although the building is definitely older and wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when I moved in, all of the appliances do work. Make sure to take pictures of your apartment and send them in if the apartment is not fully cleaned at move-in or if there is anything broken. The property manager Haleigh is very responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. There is not a lot of noise insulation- I hear almost everything my upstairs neighbors do. The floor squeaks when they walk. The best thing about this complex is the location.
