It’s a 3-bedroom, 1-bath and the rent is $975, which honestly feels like a steal for what you get. It’s super close to downtown, so you can be there in minutes without actually living in the chaos. Best of both worlds. Water, trash, and pest control are included, so that’s already money saved every month. It has central HVAC, a fridge and oven already there, and everything is one level which I personally love. There’s an on-site laundry room, plus 24/7 emergency maintenance and a manager on site, so you’re not left hanging if something goes wrong. And yes, it’s pet friendly. Cats are welcome, dogs too (large and small), with a one-time $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Honestly pretty reasonable. It’s just one of those places that feels easy. Convenient location, solid space, practical perks, and close enough to downtown that you can grab dinner or coffee on a whim. If I were apartment hunting right now, this would 100% be on my short list. |
