They also must pass credit/background check and show 24 months of verified income. There are three ways to get an approved application, applicants must fit at least one of the following criteria: Credit: You must have a 620+ score, 2 currently open credit lines (auto loan, credit card, rent payment reporting system etc.) and at least 12 months of history. Landlord reference: You must have 12 months of recorded on-time payments from a verifiable (non-private) landlord. Co-signer: They must have a credit score above 700 and no evictions or housing related collections. Deposit: Applicants with a credit score above 680 will qualify for our discounted deposit of $200.
