This complex is so up to date on everything. BUILT 2018. ✔The application process was so simple. I was able to submit EVERYTHING ONLINE, which was very convenient for my busy schedule. ✔I was approved within minutes. 😩😩😩I didn't have to fill out an old fashioned paper application, submit a money order and wait 3-5 business days, like for other apartments. ✔NO, I started my application process on Monday @ 4PM and 🔑🔑🔑moved in on Wednesday @ 12NOON. ✔Friendly and professional staff. Ms. Danielle and Mr. James were extremely helpful. ✔Brand NEW everything ✔Great safe community ✔Gym, pool, clubhouse, & business center ✔Feels like I'm living in a 5-star hotel ✔PEACE OF MIND. I slept like baby on my first night here in my NEW apartment. ✔100% SATISFIED WITH MY APARTMENT ❤❤❤❤

I really enjoy living here. It’s very convenient to be so close to both main interstates, I10 & I49. Also, I did a lot of research and compared pricing to complexes in the area and found that The Reserve At Couret Farms was worth my choice. From having in home security system, washer and dryer included along with all other appliances, our own gym, pool, jacuzzi, garages (optional), well kept property, very peaceful community, and neighbors who really look out for each other through our own community portal. The staff are very pleasant and professional. They communicate with us daily with either words of encouragement for the day or wishing us a safe happy weekend, informing us of community events, and sharing the joys of celebrating birthdays for staff members. To me, it is more than just a place to live. It’s a community, it’s like family.
