The Bedford Lofts has been a wonderful place to rent from. They are quiet, well-maintained, and include much of the utilities in the rent. I only pay electric and get cable, internet, water, and sewage included in the rent. I haven't had any problems with my neighbors or the landlords. There are only two disappointing pieces to it. The apartments are on the smaller side and so is the washer/dryer. I have lived there for 1.5 years and have been very satisfied with my stay.
