This building has an azure blue pool in the first courtyard with a club house for your use. The chaise lounges and the umbrella tables allow you to lunch and give you shade during the summer months. Our two laundry rooms have three washers and three dryers which can be accessed with or without coins for operation. There is always availability. Your access for these items are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and you will always find availability. You will have one parking spot assigned to you with ample storage above your parking spot. We have the best location imaginable for South Bay entertainment and shopping. We are a half a block from a park, a half block from drug stores, shopping and restaurants and one block from large grocery store chains. Everything that you may need is within walking distance. If you want to shop you are several miles, from Del Amo Mall, Rolling Hills Mall and Palos Verdes Mall. Not to mention you are 10 minutes from the beach so pick up some food and enjoy the beach while you are snacking on your lunch.
