This large, beautifully apartment has Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Also some floor plans have laminate wood plank flooring on the lower level and carpet upstairs, and new paint throughout. Light oak kitchen cabinets with washer/dryer hookups in the laundry room. There is a half bath on the lower level as well as a storage area under the stairs. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with large windows to bring in plenty of natural lighting. The full bathroom features a separate room with the vanity, double sinks, closet space for all your bedding needs and a linen closet to store your bath necessities. Off the dining room is a patio area for your personal enjoyment of the shared yard. Located just east of the building is the detached garage. This unit does include water, sewer and trash. We have breed and weight restrictions on all pets. Pet deposit per pet: $400 Per Rent per pet per month: $35
